About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Reporting:

Prepare and submit accurate tax reports to the relevant government authorities in compliance with Polish regulations and deadlines.

Ensure the company is up-to-date with any changes in Polish tax laws and regulations.

Work closely with the finance team to gather necessary documentation and data for tax filings.

Assist in responding to any tax-related queries or audits from government.

Profitability Analysis:

Analyze the profitability of various projects, identifying key financial metrics and trends.

Evaluate project budgets, costs, and returns to assess financial performance.

Provide detailed financial reports on project profitability, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.

Work with project managers to refine budgets and financial plans based on analysis findings.

Financial Advisory:

Offer strategic advice to the management team on how to enhance profitability and reduce financial risks.

Recommend actions to optimize resource allocation and improve project outcomes based on financial data.

Assist in the development of financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals.

Monitor financial performance against forecasts and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Financial Consultant with knowledge of Polish to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting tax reports to the government, analyzing the profitability of various company projects, and providing strategic financial advice to optimize business performance. This role is crucial in ensuring our financial operations are compliant, efficient, and geared towards growth.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in financial consulting, accounting, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Polish tax laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.

  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project-based financial analysis.

  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
