Public offer to conclude a service contract

1. General Provisions

1.1 This public offer (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) is an official offer of Lambertain Mc Laurent Garcia (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) and contains all the essential terms and conditions of educational services.

1.2 In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Poland, in case of acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and payment for the services, the natural or legal person who accepts this Offer becomes the Customer. Acceptance of the Offer is tantamount to the conclusion of a contract on the terms and conditions set out in the Offer.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1 The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with access to the training course “How to attract subscribers to OnlyFans via YouTube” (hereinafter - the “Course”), and the Customer undertakes to pay for the Course on the terms and conditions of this Offer.

3. Terms of providing access to the Course

3.1 The Customer gets access to the Course after full payment of its cost.

3.2 Access to the Course is provided in the form of electronic materials posted on the educational platform, which is a section of the website lambertain.agency.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

4.1 The Contractor undertakes to:

Provide the Customer with access to the Course materials within immediately after receipt of payment.
Provide an opportunity to participate in a group chat to discuss the Course materials and get answers to questions.
Organize a call with participants on the 7th day after the start of the Course to summarize the results and discuss issues.
4.2 The Customer undertakes to:

Pay the Course fee in full.
Not to give access to the Course materials to third parties.

5. Cost of Services and Settlement Procedure

5.1 The cost of the Course is 220 euros, during the promotional period a discount of 85% is given and the Course can be purchased for 33 euros.

5.2 Payment is made by card payment.

6. Liability of the parties

6.1 The Executor is not responsible for the inability to provide services due to reasons beyond the Executor's control, including disruption of Internet channels, equipment or software of the Customer.

6.2 If the Customer does not see an increase in subscribers on OnlyFans within 15 days after paying for the course and applying the materials, the Contractor guarantees a refund. To request a refund, the Customer must provide evidence in the form of video screenshots showing their OnlyFans statistics before purchasing the course and no later than 15 days from the date of purchase, as well as a report on the work done on YouTube.

7. Other conditions

7.1 The Executor reserves the right to make changes in the terms of the Offer and the cost of services unilaterally, with mandatory notification of the Customer by publishing a new edition of the Offer on the website.

7.2. The Customer confirms that he has familiarized himself with the terms of this Offer, understands and accepts them.
